About Me
I’m Chef Cassandra, a private chef passionate about creating elevated, personalized culinary experiences. My approach to food is rooted in flavour, seasonality, and intention — crafting meals that are both visually refined and deeply satisfying.
I studied culinary arts at Conestoga College and spent years working across 13 restaurants in the Kitchener/Waterloo region, from pubs and private clubs to fine dining kitchens. Influenced by classic French technique and Thai cuisine, my cooking style is fresh, elevated, and shaped by the many chefs and kitchens I’ve learned from. I focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
I currently offer personalized meal prep for select clients and am open to taking on new clients for exclusive private dining experiences. As my business continues to grow, I’m also exploring the development of a meal prep program centered on organic, local produce and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
What I enjoy most about exclusive dining is the opportunity to showcase the skills and knowledge I’ve built over the years. Each menu is designed collaboratively, with care given to dietary needs, preferences, and the overall experience — whether for an intimate dinner or a special celebration.
